| In September 2007, the California Department fo Education came to visit Pioneer Day School for a Non-Public School onsite review.
Based on their observations, they said in their report:
"Pioneer Day School is to be commended for its consistency in using positive behavior intervention techniques."
"The school is to be commended for its dedication and nurturing staff at all levels."
